NEOM, Saudi Arabia’s ambitious sustainable development project, has officially opened its first office in the United States, choosing the bustling city of New York for its latest expansion. 

The NEOM New York office is located at 50 Hudson Yards, in the heart of Manhattan. This new office marks an important step in NEOM’s efforts to grow its international footprint and forge strong global partnerships.

The grand opening ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including Princess Reema Bandar, Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to the United States, and Nadhmi Al-Nasr, NEOM’s CEO. 

New York City, known worldwide as a major hub for business and finance, was selected for NEOM’s second international office due to its dynamic environment and potential to facilitate meaningful collaborations. 

This strategic choice reflects NEOM’s ambitious goals to innovate and redefine what it means to live, work, and preserve the environment in today’s world.

Bob Stefanowski, with a rich background in global finance, has been named the Managing Director of the NEOM USA Office

His leadership is expected to drive forward NEOM’s vision and spearhead initiatives that blend innovation with sustainability.

A shining example of NEOM’s collaborative efforts in the U.S. is the NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) ventureaiming to build the world’s largest green hydrogen plant in NEOM with a whopping $8.4 billion investment. 

In partnership with Air Products, ACWA Power, and NEOM, this project showcases future sustainable technology collaboration opportunities between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.

The opening of NEOM’s New York office represents a bridge between American expertise and NEOM’s revolutionary vision for a sustainable future.
