The Head Concierge position is a management-level role within the Hotels and resorts industry, specifically in the Front-of-house department. The position is full-time and permanent, with applications closing on July 17, 2024.

Responsibilities and Expectations

As the Head Concierge, you will oversee all concierge functions to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards.

This includes supervising the concierge team, maintaining guest satisfaction, and developing relationships with local businesses to enhance the guest experience.

  • Alternatively, a two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major with one year of relevant experience.
  • Advantageous experience includes two years in an island resort and working with a luxury brand.
